Van Delft Lawyers is a modern well equipped and medium sized law firm with its offices in Waddinxveen, near Gouda, in the middle between Utrecht, Rotterdam and The Hague. Van Delft Lawyers believes in a specialised and high quality service of their lawyers. Every lawyer has at least a Master degree in Dutch law and additional to this post graduate legal education at least one area of specialisation and preferably more.

Our business clients usually have one specialised business lawyer as their regular lawyer. This lawyer has a good knowledge of the most common areas of law which companies are confronted with, like Company Law, Employment Law, Property Law, Lease and Rent, Insolvency Law and Debt Collection. If this is necessary, your lawyer works together with a more specialised lawyer from our firm or another law firm or with your home state lawyer. Your regular lawyer at Van Delft Lawyers will also see to it that he is properly replaced in the event of his absence, so you can always contact us.

We also provide legal aid in Family Law, Immigration Law and Criminal Law. For clients not familiar with the Duch language, it is of course possible to communicate in the English or French language.
